Enjoy Me Today

Do not just hope in the future. Believe Me for today. This moment is precious. I desire that you not be anxious, but trust Me. When you put your hopes in tomorrow you miss what I have for you today. Rejoice and be thankful for this moment in time. You do not know what tomorrow holds, but I do. You can trust Me with all your tomorrows. I want you to enjoy today. Your Father who holds the future and is hear at this moment.

All That You Are

My child, all that you are, all that you ever will be, has been established and brought forth by Me. I created you and have chosen you to be My light in this dark world. Choose to grow in the knowledge and wisdom of My Word. Come into an intimate relationship with Me. Rise from the ashes of your past. Live in My Presence and leave your future to Me.

Be Present in My Presence

My child, I want what is best for you. My plan is to give you a future and a hope. I have rescued you from death and I desire that you live an abundant life. Let the past go and leave the future to Me. Walk in My Presence today. I give you peace and joy as you rest in My provision. Make each moment count. Be present in My Presence.

Jeremiah 29:11  John 10:10

Tomorrow

My child, you may not know what the future holds but I do. Rest in Me. Have faith that I will take care of everything that concerns you. Rejoice in Me today and I will take care of tomorrow.

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”  Matthew 6:34

Past, Present, Future

The issue of forgiveness of sin—past, present and future—has been resolved in God’s mind. It’s a done deal! Freedom from sin was never meant merely to be applied to our initial salvation experience, but as an enduring guarantee of intimate relationship with God.

But this doesn’t mean that the inevitable struggle between the appetites of self and the requirements of God’s law are not going to be an ongoing battle for us. To be sure, this conflict is precisely why being freed from slavery to sin is so crucially important as we go about living our new life in God. Yet given our human condition in this world of sin, it’s not too surprising to find this truth so routinely misunderstood.

It’s really sad that so many have been duped by the enemy into believing that we must somehow earn our own way now that we’ve been saved. Think back to the desperately sinful circumstances you were in when He reached down and pulled you out of that pit. Having been so amazingly forgiven and cleansed from that muck, how could we think that He would now abandon us just because we continue to struggle with sin in various areas of our life?(Romans 5:8-10)

Plans

My child, your ways are before My eyes and I watch all your paths. Do not fear for I am with you wherever you go. You will hear My voice saying, this is the way, walk in it. Learn to listen to My voice. Take time to hear what I am saying to you. My plan for you is good and will give you a future and a hope.

Proverbs 5:21    Isaiah 30:21   Jeremiah 29:11

Live In The Now

My child, let go of the past and embrace Me today. You tend to either regret the past or place all your hope in the future, but I want you to live in the NOW. See what I’m doing today. Live in the present. Be engaged in today. I have forgiven your past and I’ll take care of your future. Make the most of today.

Matthew 6:33-34

“God is the God of the now! He sees our future, and He knows our past. But for Him it’s always now. Because God is eternal, we touch eternity when we enter life in Him. So just think how our life might change by living in the present, rather than putting all our hope in the future or being hobbled by the past.” Taken from Free From The Power Of Sin by Dan Lemburg available at CommuningWithGod.org
