Patience

My child, have patience with yourself and with others. Have I not been patient with you? Look to Me and not to your circumstances. I am at work and have the last word. Choose to believe Me today and not the lies of the evil one. Have faith and believe all things work together for good to those who love Me, to those who are called according to My purpose. Romans 8:28

Fear

My child, do not let fear rule your life. Replace fear with faith. When fear comes, tell it to leave. You don’t have to let it take up space in your mind. Stand and resist and it will flee. Turn to My Word and place your trust in Me. Do not let the enemy beat you up with fear. You are an overcomer. You are My child and I have the last word. Believe Me instead of the lie of the evil one.

I Am Strong

Let the weak say I am strong! By My Holy Spirit I give strength to those who have no voice. I have overcome the evil one in this world. Do not fear. By My hand and by My power I have overcome the enemy of your soul. As people are crying ‘death and destruction’, I bring life and peace. The enemy knows he is defeated. He knows his time is short. He is doing everything he can to put fear in the saints. Do not succumb to his lies. I am victorious. The battle is already won! Joel 3:10

My Protective Arms

My child, It’s okay to get angry, as long as you direct your anger toward the evil one. He is at the root of these issues. When your loved ones turn their lives over to Me, then they will be delivered from the evil they currently choose to walk in. But as long as they choose the life of sin, they will not experience My peace. They are miserable without Me. Pray and believe that they open their hearts door to Me. Then I will close off the evil and hide them under My protective arms.

Man’s Heart

The term self doesn’t appear by itself very often in the Bible. But while the term self is not all that common in Scripture, there is another widely used term that expresses the same idea: the heart. The term heart appears some seven hundred times in the Bible (about a hundred times in the New Testament), where it is always used figuratively meaning the center and seat of human life.

We can look at the heart as being the engine that runs our being. It is who we are: our self. Our heart is the core of our being as well as the umbrella over our entire nature. It all boils down to this: our beliefs, our mind-set, our choices and our behavior are all dictated by what is truly in the heart. Jesus said, “The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth what is good; and the evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth what is evil; for his mouth speaks from that which fills his heart.”(Luke 6:45)

Now in trying to understand the state of a person’s heart, the only difference between nonbeliever and believer is the condition of his spirit—dead or alive. The heart of a nonbeliever is precisely the same as what we’ve already identified as the flesh: man’s soul interacting with his physical nature through his mind, all unaided by God because his dead spirit is incapable of sharing in His life-flow. On the other hand, the believer’s heart, while still strongly pulled by the flesh, has the advantage of the influence of God’s life coursing through it by the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit.
