Fulfillment

My child, you will never feel fully satisfied or completely fulfilled here on earth. This is not your home. Your spirit longs to be with Me, but I have you here for a purpose. As long as you keep your eyes fixed on Me and your heart fully surrendered to Me, I will fulfill My desire through you. You can experience joy, peace and blessing and have a sense of accomplishment as I work through you, but do not expect total fulfillment or complete satisfaction. That is reserved for you  in heaven. Long for that day, but be productive in the mean time. I have a plan and it is good.

Created to Worship

I created you to worship. You’re going to worship something while you’re here on earth. You have the choice. You can either worship stuff, or people, or any other created thing, or you can choose to worship Me, the lover of your soul. Deep satisfaction and total fulfillment is the result of worshiping Me.

Complete Fulfillment

O My child, why do you long for the things of this world? Why do you place your hope in the comforts this world offers? Don’t you realize only I can satisfy your thirsty soul? I long to fill you My child. I long to bring that deep satisfaction that you crave. But I will never force it on you. You must desire it with your whole heart. I am a jealous God. I want all of you. Then and only then can you experience complete fulfillment.

The Living Water

My child, I desire to be your greatest love. There is nothing in this life that will satisfy you. I am the only One that can bring you the fulfillment you are searching for. No amount of money, no person, no accomplishment will bring the joy and peace that you will experience in Me. Turn your heart to Me. Let Me fill you with the living water of eternal life.

John 4:10-14

We Need Purpose

Do you ever feel like you’re in some sort of holding pattern as a Christian? Even though you may be pursuing relationship with Christ—faithfully fulfilling your sense of duty by going to church, loving God, your family and others, and just being a good person in general—there’s a good chance that you’re still left with a sense of emptiness.

The reason for this is that along with being born as a child of God into Christ’s kingdom there comes an innate sense of destiny. So if we’re living life simply biding our time, more or less going through the motions of our faith, we shouldn’t be surprised to find ourselves not entirely satisfied.

The issue is purpose. not necessarily our eternal purpose in Christ, but rather the purpose for our life while on earth. One very perplexing problem for the Christian is that it’s possible to have a good understanding of God’s heavenly purpose and still be quite bewildered as to His earthly purpose for us.

Enter In

My child, I am the resurrection and the life. I give life to all who come to Me and confess with their mouths and believe in their hearts that I am Lord and Savior. I rose from the dead and am seated at the right hand of the Father. I and My Father are One and long for you to come into the Kingdom that awaits you. Come and receive life. Enter in to the life I have for you. Forsake the world and all its emptiness and come be satisfied in My Presence. All joy, all satisfaction, all fulfillment is in Me alone. Come experience life.

True Fulfillment

My child, true fulfillment is in Me alone. I planned it that way. As long as you seek for satisfaction in anything other than Me alone you’ll be miserable. Come to Me with all your thoughts. Come to Me with your plans, hopes and dreams. Come to Me, not only with your prayer requests, but with your worries, your concerns and your fears. In Me, you will find the depth of life and the wisdom to live it.

Wait On Me

My child, wait on Me. Wait in My Presence and listen for My Voice. For in My Presence is wisdom and joy, comfort and strength, encouragement and healing. Everything you need can be found by waiting in My Presence. Don’t rush our time together. Linger here. Be filled by all I desire to give you. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.
