Consuming Fire

My child, I am a consuming fire. I am coming to shake the heavens and the earth. Whatever is not grounded in Me will be removed. I did not come to bring peace to the earth, but a sword. Take your cross and follow Me. Lose your life for My sake and find out what you were always meant to be.

Hebrews 12:29   Matthew 10: 34-39

To Know God

My child, to know Me, and the power of My resurrection, you must enter in to the fellowship of my sufferings and be conformed to My death. Then you will attain to the resurrection from the dead. Die to yourself and all your desires. For you have a heavenly calling. Your citizenship is in heaven from which also you eagerly wait for Me, your Savior. I will transform your body. I will draw you to Myself. This is not your home. You are just passing through. True fulfillment is in Me alone.

Philippians 3: 10 & 11, 20 & 21

The Good Life

My child, what good is a life if lived just for oneself? It’s empty and unfulfilled and void of significance. Give yourself fully to Me. I will teach you to spend your life on others. I will live through you and love through you. I will make known to you the path of life. In My Presence is fullness of joy. In My right hand there are pleasures forever.

Psalm 16:11

Self Control

My child, run in such a way that you may win. Exercise self-control in all things. Run not without aim, but run with purpose in every step. Don’t just shadowbox. Discipline your body like an athlete, training it to do what it should, so that after you have preached to others you yourself won’t be disqualified.

1 Corinthians 9:24-27

Press On

My child, forget what lies behind and reach forward to what lies ahead. Press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God to Christ Jesus. For your citizenship is in heaven, from which also you eagerly wait for Me. I will transform the body of your humble state into conformity with the body of My glory, by the exertion of the power that I have even to subject all things to Myself.
