My child, when you call out to Me in distress, I answer you. When you cry for help, I hear your voice. I am near to you. Take refuge in Me. I am your help, your strength and your salvation. Sing, praise and give thanks. This is the day I have made. Rejoice and be glad in it.

My child, rejoice and be glad. Today is the day I have made. Do not regret the past or long for the future. Rejoice and be glad today. Be present in My presence. Be in the here and now. Listen and learn and be a friend to those around you. Make this a habit in your life and every day will be a joy. Every day will be fruitful. This is the day I have made. Rejoice and be glad in it.
